750 ml vegetable broth or water 1/8 carrot 1/8 green pepper 1/8 red pepper 1 tender onion 1 tomato 1 clove of garlic Salt Virgin olive oil
Peel the tomato, cut it into quarters and remove the seeds. Cut the tomato quarters into smaller pieces and set aside. Julienne the onions and set aside.Cut the rest of the vegetable in small dices and put them in the Cooking Bag with the other ingredients. Add salt and water. Cook in the microwave oven with the bag open at 600 W for 15 or 20 minutes (depending on the desired cooking degree and on the size of the vegetables). Pour the contents in a soup dish and pour some olive oil.
