Cooking times by Alícia Foundation

Microwave. Remember!

  • Every microwave is different, check the cooking time for the product and add more time to taste if you feel it isn’t cooked enough yet.

  • Cooking time increases with the amount of food that you want to prepare: for double the amount, calculate double the time minus one or two minutes.

  • If you have a frozen product, you can defrost it first in the same Steam Case with the defrost program on your microwave or at minimum power, and then follow the times provided.

Oven. Remember!

  • Not all food cooks at the same temperature due to their different makeup.

  • Cooking times does not increase with the amount of food. For example: one potato and two potatoes have the same cooking time.

  • Due to this kind of cooking, times are longer than in the microwave.
