2 egg whites, 2 heaped tbsp of oat bran, 2 heaped tbsp of beaten low-fat fresh cheese, 1 tbsp of white or brown sugar or the equivalent sweetener amount, 2 tbsp (of any of the following: dehydrated cranberries, raisins, nuts, pistachios, chocolate chips, pumpkin seeds), sesame seeds, poppy seeds.
Pour the two egg whites into the Bread Maker and beat them until they are stiff, add the oat bran, cheese, sugar, your chosen ingredient, and mix well. Sprinkle with sesame and poppy seeds. Close the Bread Maker and microwave at 800 W for 5 minutes. Leave to cool. If you are not eating it straight away, wrap in clingfilm
