Type of dish: Dessert
Servings: 4-6 people
Time: 30 min
2 apples
1 egg
50 g sugar
15 g cornmeal
12 g butter
80 ml milk
Wash, peel, and slice the apples.
First of all, melt the butter in the Steam Case (60 seconds) and set it aside in a bowl.Place the apples in the Steam Case.Sprinkle with some sugar and microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes.Stir and microwave for one further minute.Drain the liquid and set aside.
Beat the egg with 35 g sugar for a minute.Add the flour, milk and the butter which you had set aside and beat for two further minutes.
Place the apple compote in the Lékué 6-cavity muffin mould or in the classic tart mould, previously greased with butter or sunflower oil.Pour two tablespoonfuls of dough in each mould or distribute it.
Bake the moulds in a preheated oven at 180º for 10 to 15 minutes. This will depend on the oven. After this time, turn the oven off and leave the mini clafoutis in for a few more minutes.Remove from the oven and allow to cool.Sprinkle with some sugar.
The clafoutis can also be set in the case itself by pouring the egg and milk batter on the apples and cooking for 3-4 minutes at medium power.
