• 50 gr. onion • 1 clove garlic • 100-120 gr. chicken breast • 30 ml. white wine • 30 ml. vinegar • 30 ml. EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) • 1 meat stock cube • oregano • thyme
PreparationPlace the julienned onion and finely sliced garlic in the steam case and pour a trickle of EVOO. Add the chicken breast cut into strips, the EVOO, wine, vinegar, oregano, and thyme, and microwave for 4 minutes. Check that it's thoroughly cooked and mix well. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
