250 g cereal flour, 5 g salt, 165 ml water, 15 ml oil, ½ teaspoonful baking powder
Mix the water and the oil, head slightly and add the baking powder. Leave it stand with the Bread Maker closed. Add the flour and the salt, and mix in the same recipient until having a homogeneous and elastic dough. Let ferment for an hour with the Bread Maker closed. Open and shape the bread as desired. Make three cuts, close the Bread Maker and let ferment for 15 minutes. Bake the bread for 40 minutes at 180 ºC. Look how it becomes golden and crusty in the outside. If you want it golden, put it in the oven for a few more minutes.
